Feeder Soccer Academy offers Football Development for children Aged 4-7 Years Old.
Feeder Soccer Academy Coaching Syllabus is designed to develop Thought, Decision & Belief.
Thought: Each Academy Lesson is specific to one idea or one thought, which is developed over a course of weeks.
Coaches provide the thought to players with minimal instruction.
Players are guided to develop their own understanding of each thought.
At Academy Level, we believe that "thought" is better practice to "instruction".
Decision: Each Academy Player differs in ability and approach but all have the similar objective in making the right Decision.
Academy Coaches develop Decision Making through Questions Where, When, Why, Where, Why & How, which offers each player the opportunity to develop the ability to make the right decision in a variety situations.
Belief: All Players at the Club are provided with 100% positive encouragement from all Staff & Parents at the Club.
The Club install the Belief is Better is Best.
